About the Role

You will oversee critical US trading operations, including trading routes, automation, controls, monitoring, and OTC and credit activities. You will coordinate workflows between the trading desk, engineering, risk management, and compliance, manage external providers, and build operational tools that improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges, liquidity venues, OMS/EMS, FIX, REST, WebSocket APIs, and blockchain fundamentals.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency risk management and security protocols.
  • Experience building operational dashboards, alerts, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to cover rotational shifts or on-call duties for market hours and incident response.
  • Python skills.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript or Java.

Responsibilities

  • Manage trading routes for efficiency and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain automation structures and routes.
  • Enforce transaction authorization policies and document optimized trading processes.
  • Oversee tools and external service providers.
  • Implement automation, system integration, and advanced monitoring for OTC and credit activities.
  • Facilitate communication and workflow alignment between the US trading desk, engineering, risk management, and compliance.
  • Provide operational tools to improve efficiency.

Hiring Process

Initial screening with TA (30 mins) → technical screen with the VP Trading Ops (45 mins) → onsite interview with future teammates (60 mins) → final interview with the Global Head of Trading Ops (30 mins).
