About the Role
You will support core ETF servicing activities across the ETF lifecycle and help deliver accurate, timely execution within a control framework. You will identify and manage operational risks, collaborate on product launches and platform changes, improve governance and performance metrics, and help streamline regional servicing processes.
Requirements
- 2 or more years in the ETF industry
- Experience in ETF operations, client service, fund accounting, custody, or banking
- Collaboration and stakeholder-management skills
- Communication skills for summarising complex topics for senior stakeholders
- Problem-solving, critical-thinking, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Experience with business process improvement, operating-model change, or technology-related initiatives
- Project-delivery experience in a deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Support ETF servicing activities across the ETF lifecycle
- Partner with portfolio management, capital markets, technology, product development, and operations stakeholders
- Identify, escalate, and manage operational risk
- Develop regional ETF servicing capabilities through clear processes and execution
- Enhance governance processes and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to streamline, scale, and improve servicing operations
