About the Role
You will translate leadership narrative into clear go-to-market motions, run product launches and partnership campaigns, build content and messaging infrastructure, track growth and engagement KPIs, and coordinate PR and external communications to ensure campaigns land effectively.
Requirements
- 7+ years in marketing, product marketing, or growth with clear strategic ownership
- Experience marketing financial products, trading platforms, or crypto or fintech infrastructure
- Proven experience owning a function or major initiative end-to-end
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to translate complex financial and technical concepts
- Ability to operate across institutional and consumer motions
- Startup instincts and resourcefulness; default to action
Responsibilities
- Build go-to-market strategies for consumer product launches and growth initiatives while supporting the institutional product
- Run campaigns for product launches, partnerships, and ecosystem initiatives
- Build and maintain core messaging, brand voice, and content including explainers, decks, social, and thought leadership
- Track and report on growth, reach, activation, and engagement KPIs
- Coordinate with leadership on PR and external communications
