About the Role

You will serve as a strategic partner and operational right hand to the Head of Marketing. You will connect marketing strategy to execution across channels and verticals, create cohesive campaigns and messaging, support enterprise sales, coordinate operations, and use performance data to improve results.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing, growth, and GTM roles
  • Background in financial services, fintech, enterprise SaaS, or consumer lending ecosystems
  • Familiarity with credit products, credit tier differentiation, waterfall and multi-lender environments, BNPL, and co-branded credit and debit programs
  • Experience owning end-to-end execution
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with complex sales cycles
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience with ABM strategies and enterprise pipeline development
  • Experience with data-driven marketing, reporting, attribution, and ROI tracking

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple verticals
  • Ensure consistent messaging across web, sales materials, PR, events, and outbound efforts
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans with deliverables and timelines
  • Develop vertical-specific messaging using consumer financing knowledge
  • Partner with sales and product to align messaging with merchant and lender needs
  • Build, edit, and deploy marketing assets
  • Support website updates, content rollouts, and campaign launches
  • Use HubSpot, CMS, and presentation tools to execute initiatives
  • Support enterprise pipeline development and sales enablement
  • Support ABM initiatives and targeted outreach strategies
  • Drive timelines, coordination, and accountability across teams and vendors
  • Help manage budget allocation, vendor deliverables, and campaign prioritization
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across the funnel
  • Improve conversion, engagement, and ROI
  • Provide leadership updates on progress and impact
