About the Role
You will own and evolve the go-to-market narrative, ensuring a coherent story connects employer value with member experience. You will define narrative frameworks for positioning, pitch decks, campaigns, launches, and major company moments. You will write executive briefs, campaign themes, and content frameworks; translate clinical research, outcomes data, and product capabilities into credible stories; and maintain messaging hierarchies, value propositions, and usage guidelines. You will partner with Product Marketing, Growth, Clinical, field teams, and executive leadership, using feedback from buyer and member conversations to refine the narrative.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience shaping narrative or messaging at a high-growth technology, healthcare, or consumer-facing company
- Experience working across B2B and consumer audiences
- Exceptional writing skills for executive stakeholders and members
- Experience using outcomes studies, utilization rates, and financial-impact data to build narratives
- Experience using AI and emerging technologies for research and narrative development
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners
- Ability to learn healthcare, business, and clinical evidence domains quickly
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the core narrative connecting employer value and member experience
- Shape narratives for product launches, strategic partnerships, and other major company moments
- Own and maintain the corporate pitch deck
- Write executive briefs, campaign themes, and content frameworks
- Partner with Product Marketing to align product positioning with the company narrative
- Translate clinical research, outcomes data, and product capabilities into credible market stories
- Build and maintain messaging hierarchies, value propositions, and usage guidelines
- Build feedback loops with Growth and field teams to refine messaging based on buyer and member conversations
