About the Role
You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash management, reporting, revenue operations, accounting oversight, and financial controls. You will also administer HR operations, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and scalable processes across finance, sales operations, and customer success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth technology company
- FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial-modeling experience
- Board reporting and executive leadership support experience
- Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics and recurring-revenue businesses
- Experience in robotics, automation, industrial technology, or enterprise software
- Knowledge of SaaS, Robotics-as-a-Service, and capital-equipment business models
- U.S. citizenship or green card
Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Develop financial models and management reporting
- Monitor cash flow, burn rate, runway, and liquidity
- Analyze performance, revenue, margins, and operational efficiency
- Support fundraising, investor diligence, and strategic analysis
- Manage revenue models and revenue-recognition processes
- Oversee accounting partners, audits, monthly close, and financial statements
- Manage banking, treasury, procurement approvals, and expense controls
- Administer payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and HR compliance
- Improve operational processes and reporting infrastructure
