About the Role

You will own project budgets, forecasts, capacity allocation, and fleet-optimization analysis for Engineering and Product. You will build investment and ROI models, support new-product financial planning, manage headcount and operating expenses, maintain cash-flow forecasts, and deliver executive financial insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting
• Experience partnering with Engineering or Product organizations on budgets, roadmaps, and investment decisions
• Financial modeling and financial-statement analysis
• Excel
• Financial software systems
• Written communication
• Verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Own project budgets, spend tracking, and cost-to-complete forecasts
• Quantify internal capacity consumption and maintain allocation and chargeback methodology
• Partner on fleet optimization and track savings realization
• Build business cases and ROI models for product and R&D investments
• Support new-product financial planning, pricing, unit economics, and launch decisions
• Own Engineering and Product operating-expense and headcount planning
• Build and maintain operating cash-flow forecasts
• Deliver financial insights and recommendations for executive and board reviews
