About the Role
You will lead debt capital markets strategy and financing processes that support infrastructure growth. You will manage lender and advisor relationships, prepare financing materials, negotiate documentation, structure transactions, and partner with internal stakeholders on financing-related growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of private equity investing, debt capital markets, or investment banking experience
- Structured finance and debt capital markets expertise
- Track record of executing complex financing transactions
- Experience negotiating financing documentation with legal counsel
- Financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
- Knowledge of the company's products, customers, and business
Responsibilities
- Lead the debt capital markets strategy to support infrastructure growth
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with lenders, financing advisors, and institutional capital providers
- Drive financing processes from outreach through negotiation, structuring, and execution
- Prepare company marketing and due diligence materials
- Negotiate credit agreements, term sheets, and other financing documentation
- Partner with Business Operations, Legal, GTM, Engineering, and Product on financing structures
- Support other Strategic Finance initiatives
- Develop deep knowledge of product offerings and the product portfolio
