About the Role
You will design, fit out, and commission white-space sites, including power and cooling distribution systems. You will build and lead a break-fix and smart-hands function, manage a multi-site portfolio, establish runbooks and escalation processes, manage external partners, and periodically travel to Asia for deployments.
Requirements
- Knowledge of data center power and cooling systems, PDUs, CDUs, and white-space fit-out
- Experience designing and commissioning data center infrastructure
- Experience operating data center infrastructure at production scale
- People leadership experience
- Experience building teams and operational functions
- Vendor and contractor management skills
- GPU or AI infrastructure deployment experience preferred
- Multi-site or multi-region portfolio management experience preferred
- Familiarity with Asian markets preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the design, fit-out, and commissioning of white-space sites
- Build and lead a break-fix and smart-hands team
- Manage a portfolio of sites across regions
- Manage vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers
- Establish operational standards, runbooks, and escalation processes
- Serve as technical authority for data center infrastructure decisions
- Travel to Asia to oversee deployments and support the local team
