About the Role
You will lead day-to-day operations across Western Canada sites and coordinate facility-related incident response. You will oversee high-density infrastructure, liquid cooling, redundant power, modular deployments, commissioning, and operational handoff. You will lead local technical staff and align field execution with global standards.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of data center or critical facility experience
- Working knowledge of MEP systems
- Experience interfacing with facility providers and vendors
- Ability to lead site-level teams
- Ability to execute operationally and managerially in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across Western Canada sites
- Ensure infrastructure meets uptime, performance, and reliability targets
- Coordinate incident response for facility-related issues
- Interface with facility operators and vendors
- Validate facility performance against operational thresholds
- Execute modular deployments
- Coordinate site readiness, equipment installation, commissioning, and operational handoff
- Lead and develop local data center technicians and engineers
- Align execution with headquarters standards, procedures, and timelines
