About the Role
You will build and lead silicon and system characterisation capabilities. You will define bring-up and characterisation strategies, direct technical execution, establish lab infrastructure, collaborate across engineering disciplines, and use data and measurement automation to validate product performance.
Requirements
- Track record delivering complex technical projects
- Expertise in silicon digital device design bring-up characterisation and process technologies
- Knowledge of high-performance processors SoC architectures and high-speed digital interfaces
- Experience with measurement automation data analysis and scripting or coding
- Familiarity with ATE systems
- Communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

- Build and lead the characterisation capability
- Define silicon bring-up and characterisation strategies
- Lead technical execution and shape lab infrastructure
- Work with silicon hardware manufacturing architecture and product teams
- Lead technical direction and remove blockers
