You will own legal operations, technology, and AI strategy from planning through governance and adoption. You will manage budgets, legal technology, vendors, workflows, metrics, and operational controls while leading process design, automation, demand management, and change initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead legal operations, legal technology, and legal AI strategy
- Own legal workflows, processes, resourcing, and service delivery
- Manage budget planning, forecasting, accruals, and cost modeling
- Manage legal billing and outside counsel
- Lead capacity planning, headcount modeling, and resource decisions
- Manage legal technology platforms
- Evaluate AI tools and lead integrations
- Establish operational metrics, dashboards, and controls
- Design intake, triage, and demand-management frameworks
- Optimize vendor management and spend controls
- Implement AI-enabled legal workflows
- Lead change management, training, and adoption
- Ensure compliance and manage legal, regulatory, and model risk
