About the Role
You will lead accounting for compute infrastructure components and integrated systems. You will manage cost accumulation, reserves, close processes, reconciliations, controls, asset transitions, audit engagement, and automation while partnering with infrastructure, real estate, legal, finance, and supply-chain stakeholders.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Technical knowledge of ASC 360 and supply-chain cost accounting
- Experience managing a significant fixed asset or component inventory portfolio
- Ability to analyze large, complex datasets
- Experience improving scalable financial processes
- Experience leading accounting teams
- Experience partnering with engineering, infrastructure, operations, and supply chain teams
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end accounting for compute-stack components
- Manage cost accumulation, reserves, close, reconciliations, roll-forwards, flux analysis, and fixed-asset transitions
- Apply ASC 360 and cost accounting principles
- Advise on accounting implications during contract negotiation and execution
- Improve data pipelines and serial-number-level component tracking
- Design scalable systems, processes, and controls
- Lead and mentor accounting professionals
- Serve as a contact for external auditors
- Drive reporting automation and AI-enabled process improvements
