About the Role

Serve as a strategic employee success partner to Product and Engineering leaders, shaping organizational design, headcount planning, talent strategy, manager development, career frameworks, engagement, retention, people analytics, talent acquisition partnerships, people programs, inclusion, and change management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent, supporting Product or Engineering organizations
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, headcount planning, and talent strategy
  • Strong people analytics and data orientation
  • Experience coaching managers through performance conversations, team dynamics, and leadership transitions
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives from concept to execution
  • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience supporting a hypergrowth technology company is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Workday, Ashby, or similar HRIS or ATS platforms is a bonus
  • Experience building people programs from scratch is a bonus
  • Curiosity about AI and infrastructure is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Advise Product and Engineering VPs on organizational design, team structure, and people strategy
  • Lead organizational assessments and headcount planning
  • Coach and develop engineering and product managers
  • Partner with leaders on leveling, growth paths, and career development
  • Build mentorship, leadership pipeline, and skills programs
  • Drive engagement and retention strategies for technical talent
  • Use people analytics to identify organizational health, attrition, and team effectiveness trends
  • Collaborate with recruiting on hiring strategy, calibration, and candidate experience
  • Develop and refine performance, compensation, and management programs
  • Champion an inclusive, high-trust culture
  • Lead teams through organizational change and ambiguity
