About the Role

Lead the execution and delivery of large-scale AI data center campuses exceeding $1B in scope, managing development, entitlements, permitting, contractors, site delivery, schedules, risks, utilities, and municipal coordination.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in real estate development
  • Experience in industrial, life sciences, or infrastructure development
  • Experience overseeing large-scale development projects end-to-end
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and development agreements
  • Ability to operate strategically and execute with limited oversight
  • Familiarity with utility coordination, permitting timelines, and municipal approval processes
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution and delivery of large-scale AI data center campuses
  • Direct construction managers, engineering teams, and third-party consultants
  • Build and maintain master project schedules
  • Align design, permitting, and construction milestones
  • Oversee entitlements and permitting with government agencies
  • Identify and resolve execution risks
  • Coordinate government agencies and internal engineering stakeholders
  • Coordinate utility requirements and municipal approvals
