About the Role

You will build and scale the US commercial presence by originating qualifying and closing high-value opportunities across the token lifecycle. You will lead client conversations with founders investors and executive teams to position liquidity derivatives and structured solutions. You will translate client needs into commercial proposals work with Structuring Trading Risk and Product to underwrite opportunities support pricing and modeling inputs and implement US go-to-market processes and CRM discipline. You will represent the business at US conferences communicate market trends to internal stakeholders manage multi-stakeholder commercial projects and help define hiring and onboarding for future commercial hires.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of business development or institutional sales experience in digital assets trading firms investment banking structured products or financial markets
  • Strong knowledge of derivatives options liquidity provision and tokenomics
  • Proven success originating and closing complex commercial partnerships
  • Deep familiarity with the US crypto ecosystem including foundations issuers VCs and exchanges
  • Structured disciplined and organized working approach with strong project-management ability
  • Excellent communication negotiation and executive-level presentation skills
  • Ability to travel globally for conferences meetings and events
  • Based out of New York City

  • Communicate US market trends and competitive intelligence to internal teams
  • Manage multi-stakeholder commercial projects with structure and follow-through
  • Define hiring needs and contribute to onboarding and mentoring commercial colleagues
