About the Role

You will develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and support enrollment. You will manage paid advertising, create marketing copy, analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, prepare reports, coordinate campaign launches, manage vendors as needed, and monitor market and audience trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of progressive sales marketing experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales and marketing and digital and multimedia experience.
  • Expertise with paid search, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation or CRM platforms.
  • Copywriting skills for persuasive, audience-focused digital marketing content.
  • Experience developing and interpreting marketing analytics, conversion metrics, and campaign reporting.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that support enrollment and audience growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising across search engines, social media, display, and other digital channels.
  • Develop lead-nurturing strategies that improve engagement and inquiry-to-enrollment conversion.
  • Create persuasive marketing copy for advertisements, landing pages, email communications, and other digital content.
  • Establish key performance indicators and analyze campaign effectiveness and user behavior.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creative, messaging, targeting, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards with actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, production, and launches with colleagues.
  • Manage vendors as needed and maintain campaign documentation and performance records.
  • Monitor audience behavior, competitor activity, emerging platforms, and market trends.
