About the Role

You will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of infrastructure by designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps processes. You will manage CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC, deploy and operate applications on Kubernetes (EKS), implement security best practices, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent of 5 years experience
• At least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms preferably AWS and Linux based systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab Jenkins and Harness and Git version control
• Expertise in Kubernetes deployment and management especially EKS
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Ansible Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience implementing security measures in a DevOps environment
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack or equivalents
• Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Python Golang Shell Java and JavaScript
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work with minimal guidance
• Experience collaborating across multiple time zones and in cross cultural settings

• Design and implement DevOps processes and practices
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing and deployment
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
• Architect deploy and maintain cloud platforms and Linux systems
• Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes especially EKS
• Implement and maintain security best practices across environments
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using observability tools
• Continuously optimize infrastructure for performance scalability and cost effectiveness
• Automate repetitive tasks following an everything as code approach
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support
