About the Role
You will operate and improve Kubernetes-based production infrastructure, build and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux, and develop automation and self-service tooling that reduces operational toil. You will improve system reliability, scalability, and observability, partner with product engineers to enable safe deployments, contribute to infrastructure cost visibility and efficiency, and participate in a distributed on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience on an SRE Infrastructure or Platform Engineering team
- Strong production experience with Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS
- Experience implementing GitOps workflows (ArgoCD or Flux)
- Experience with distributed systems container orchestration and observability
- Strong Linux fundamentals
- Proficiency in shell scripting and at least one higher-level language (Go Python etc.)
- Ability to scale systems through automation and reliability improvements
- Comfortable working in a fully remote globally distributed team
- Experience designing and supporting real-time high-availability systems
- Experience with monitoring logging alerting and distributed tracing
- CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions)
- Experience in blockchain or Web3 environments
- Passion for security and secure system design
- Experience with Crossplane or developing custom operators in Kubernetes
- Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling
