About the Role

You will own the entire endpoint stack and administer enterprise infrastructure from design through deployment and maintenance. You will design, build, implement, and maintain scalable endpoint management infrastructure across macOS, ChromeOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. You will develop bespoke software, integrate open-source and first-party tools, apply Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps methodologies, and build CI/CD pipelines for fleet management across multiple clouds and geographies. Expect to partner with cross-functional teams, maintain strict security standards, and travel periodically to operating countries as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Endpoint Engineer
• Experience managing multiple international sites including single sites of 2,000+ endpoints
• Proficiency in Python and scripting with Bash and PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with Jamf PRO, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Intune
• Experience with open-source endpoint tooling such as Salt, Puppet, Munki, Nano/MicroMDM, osquery, Autopkg, ChromeBrew, WinGet, apt
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps workflows (Terraform, Ansible, Chef)
• Experience integrating fleet management with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Proven experience deploying and operating infrastructure in public clouds (Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel as required (up to 50% in the first year)

Responsibilities

• Apply Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps methodologies

• Deploy fleet infrastructure across Azure and GCP and multiple geographies
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure secure endpoint user experiences
• Plan and execute projects to improve employee productivity and security
