About the Role

You will lead and grow engineering teams responsible for infrastructure, DevOps and SRE, setting priorities, coaching engineers, and hiring as the platform scales. You will own the roadmap for reliability, developer experience and AI enablement, architect and deliver scalable infrastructure foundations, and ship platform capabilities such as ephemeral environments, CI/CD improvements and self-service tooling. You will evolve the architecture toward modular, service-oriented systems, launch shared platform services (authentication, audit logging, observability), and adopt responsible AI-driven tooling to improve engineering productivity and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 2+ years leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams
• 6+ years of hands-on infrastructure and platform engineering experience
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, or AWS/Azure)
• Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Sentry, or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Experience building or scaling shared platform services, internal APIs and service frameworks
• Understanding of enterprise-grade security, governance and compliance requirements
• Strong architectural judgement and ability to prioritize pragmatic and long-term solutions
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and turn vague problems into prioritized plans
• Bonus: experience in crypto, fintech or regulated financial environments

Responsibilities

• Adopt and integrate AI-native platform capabilities to improve productivity and operational tooling
