About the Role

You will build, automate, and operate secure blockchain and digital asset infrastructure for enterprise and institutional clients. You will deploy and manage production platforms using infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines; implement security hardening, secrets management, encryption, and access controls; maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting; support production deployments, incident response, and go-live activities; and collaborate with architects, delivery, and engineering teams to meet compliance and operational requirements.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations roles
• Hands-on experience building and operating infrastructure in fintech, financial services, or other regulated environments
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure and/or GCP a plus)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD
• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Experience operating Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms
• Strong understanding of security, networking, and compliance requirements in regulated environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and client technical stakeholders
• Languages: English required; Swiss German, German, French or Italian a plus
• Location: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich and Lugano

Responsibilities

• Build and operate cloud infrastructure for blockchain platforms
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing, and release management
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using infrastructure as code
• Operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Configure and manage environments across AWS, Azure, hybrid, and on-premise deployments
• Implement security hardening, secrets management, encryption, and access controls
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Support production deployments, go-live activities, and incident response
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure compliance and architectural requirements
• Contribute to reusable infrastructure patterns, automation frameworks, and operational documentation
