About the Role
You will lead front-end development for European AI data centre projects, from site identification through delivery readiness. You will coordinate due diligence, acquisitions, permitting, utility engagement, design coordination, budgets, schedules, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of client-side front-end development experience in data centres, mission-critical infrastructure, or complex real estate
- Experience in site acquisition, due diligence, permitting, entitlements, and pre-construction coordination
- Knowledge of utility infrastructure, planning systems, and large-scale development processes
- Degree in Engineering, Planning, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Responsibilities
- Match end-user GPU needs with available capacity across EMEA
- Develop site feasibility assessments and business cases
- Coordinate multidisciplinary due diligence
- Support commercial negotiations and maintain acquisition documentation
- Drive front-end development, permitting roadmaps, and power strategies
- Lead utility engagement and capacity assessments
- Develop project execution plans, cost plans, schedules, and risk registers
- Coordinate planning and operational permitting applications
- Engage local authorities, utility providers, landowners, and communities
- Support sales teams with progressing site opportunities
- Contribute to development standards, governance frameworks, and delivery processes
