About the Role
You will set and evolve the creative direction for brand campaigns, product storytelling, out-of-home, social, web, and events. You will turn complex enterprise ideas into clear visual concepts, lead work from brief through execution, and contribute hands-on design when needed. You will mentor designers, develop the design system and visual language, align cross-functional and agency partners, integrate the product into brand storytelling, and build deep product and market understanding.
Requirements
- 10+ years of brand and creative design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating campaigns, brand systems, and high-craft execution.
- Experience leading design teams and mentoring designers, including through managers.
- Experience developing design systems and scalable design languages.
- Ability to partner with product marketing, product, web or growth, and communications stakeholders.
- Experience making technical, B2B, or enterprise subject matter engaging for expert or executive audiences.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with strategy, clarity, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities

- Drive strategic and conceptual execution of major brand ideas from brief through delivery.
- Contribute hands-on design thinking and execution when needed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the brand design team.
- Partner with creative and marketing functions, agencies, and production partners to align stakeholders.
- Develop and steward the design system and visual language.
- Integrate the product into brand storytelling.
- Build product, customer, and B2B enterprise market fluency.
