About the Role
You will design customer-facing dashboards, onboarding flows, account-management experiences, and developer surfaces from initial framing through research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity design, and implementation handoff. You will also create brand and marketing assets, collaborate on feature definition and iteration, and help evolve the design system.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of product design experience at a software company
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex product flows in a portfolio
- Have experience in B2B, fintech, or another regulated or data-dense domain
- Apply strong information design to dense technical interfaces
- Design both technical product interfaces and brand or marketing surfaces
- Use Figma components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping
- Contribute to and extend a design system
- Use AI tools for copy, layout exploration, prototyping, and research synthesis
- Ship with engineers, review builds, and iterate after launch
- Run user research including recruiting, moderation, synthesis, and design changes
- Treat copy as part of the design surface
Responsibilities
- Design dashboards, onboarding flows, account-management experiences, and developer surfaces end to end
- Conduct research, create wireframes and prototypes, produce high-fidelity designs, and support implementation handoff
- Review implementations and iterate on shipped experiences using customer feedback
- Create landing pages, campaign assets, sales decks, and brand work
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and founders to scope features and define success
- Evolve the design system
