About the Role
You will work with strategic enterprise customers to understand their AI transformation goals, identify high-impact workflow opportunities, and deploy AI agents into production. You will own deals from use-case discovery through commercial structuring and closure, guide agent design and orchestration, build demos, and present results to technical and executive stakeholders. You will collaborate with engineers, research teams, and customer teams to deliver measurable outcomes and inform product direction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Experience with product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial experience with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles
- Basic proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with API integration
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results
- Familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
- Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial structuring and closure
- Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
- Explore applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally
- Present results and future-work proposals to technical and executive audiences
- Share field insights with research teams to shape the product roadmap
- Build and deliver demos for new and existing customers
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents to production
