About the Role

You will work with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals, pain points, workflows, and opportunities. You will own flagship engagements from use-case discovery and commercial structuring through delivery and measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to build high-impact AI agent solutions, advise customers on agent design and production readiness, and present results to technical and executive audiences. You will deliver compelling demos, explore new industries and applications, and share customer insights to help shape product and model roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Enterprise customer experience preferred
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
• Commercial ability to engage in deal discussions, structure value propositions, and navigate enterprise sales cycles
• Basic proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with API integration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic
• Proven ability to own complex, ambiguous projects and deliver results
• Ability to adapt across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks
• Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
• Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial structuring and close
• Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
• Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers
• Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and impact
• Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally
• Present results and future proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives
• Share field insights with Research teams to inform platform and model roadmaps
• Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology
• Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents into production and deliver business outcomes
