About the Role
You will work with strategic customers to understand their AI transformation goals, pain points, workflows, and high-impact use cases. You will own flagship engagements from use-case discovery through commercial structuring and delivery, partner with Forward Deployed Software Engineers, guide agent deployment practices, present to technical and executive audiences, build demos, and feed customer insights into product and research roadmaps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct and comfort with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles
- Basic proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to own complex, ambiguous projects and deliver results
- Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
- Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial structuring and close
- Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to deliver them
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
- Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors
- Present results and future-work proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives
- Share field insights with research teams to help shape the roadmap
- Build and deliver demos for new and existing customers
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents into production and deliver measurable outcomes
