Open a new Saudi Arabian market, hire and lead a regional team, win strategic customers, design bespoke integrations, guide voice and audio AI implementations, and own major projects through delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
• Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models and applications
• Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives and understand deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact
• Experience with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs
• Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers within the region
• Identify use cases and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions
• Design and architect bespoke customer integrations
• Guide customers on implementing voice and audio AI models
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives
• Incorporate field insights into software products and AI models
• Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers
• Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally
• Own end-to-end execution of major strategic projects
• Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure effective implementation
