About the Role

You will open the Brazilian market and build a team to deliver voice and audio AI solutions for strategic customers. You will engage customers to understand their needs, identify use cases, design integrations, guide implementation, build demos, and lead major projects from planning through delivery. You will present outcomes to technical and executive audiences, collaborate with research and product teams, and expand solutions into new industries.

Requirements

Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
Basic proficiency in Python.
Understanding of API integration.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to summarize complex technical concepts and use logic to pursue optimal solutions.
Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models and their applications.
Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives.
Understanding of deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact.
Experience developing partner ecosystems with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

Meet strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points.
Build and lead a regional team of forward-deployed engineers.
Identify customer use cases and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions.
Design and architect bespoke customer integrations.
Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models.
Present results and future-work proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.
Collaborate with research and product teams to incorporate field insights into software products and AI models.
Build and deliver demos for new and existing customers.
Identify applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors.
Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal technology implementation.
Hire the team needed, win initial customers, and ensure the product generates customer impact.
