About the Role
You will open a new market and lead the delivery of voice and audio AI solutions for strategic customers. You will hire and lead forward deployed engineers, uncover customer needs and use cases, design bespoke integrations, build demos, and manage major projects end to end. You will advise customers on implementation best practices, present results to technical and executive audiences, and translate field insights into product and research priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams
- Basic proficiency in Python
- Understanding of API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to summarize complex technical concepts and pursue optimal solutions using logic
- Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives
- Understanding of deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact
- Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models and their applications
- Experience developing partner ecosystems with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners is preferred
Responsibilities
- Meet strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and pain points
- Build and lead a regional team of forward deployed engineers
- Identify use cases and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions
- Design and architect bespoke customer integrations
- Guide customers on implementation best practices for voice and audio AI models
- Present results and future-work proposals to technical and executive audiences
- Incorporate field insights into software products and AI models
- Build and deliver demos for new and existing customers
- Identify applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors
- Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation
