You will lead, grow, and shape high-performing engineering teams. You will own long-term team outcomes, ensure work aligns with business impact, and maintain high standards for quality, throughput, and performance. You will act as a player-coach by reviewing pull requests and design documents, investigating incidents, coaching engineers, and partnering with the Tech Lead and Product Manager.

Responsibilities
- Own long-term team outcomes and product and business success
- Hold the team accountable for quality, throughput, and performance
- Ensure the team works on the right scope and projects and aligns decisions with business impact
- Build interfaces with other parts of the organization
- Fill gaps as a player-coach by reviewing pull requests and design documents and investigating incidents
- Coach engineers toward growth and career goals
- Build a supportive, motivating, and celebratory team culture
- Partner with the Tech Lead and Product Manager to drive engineering and product outcomes
