About the Role
Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack features and product enhancements. Provide technical leadership across backend and frontend systems, mentor engineers, drive scalable architectures, and ensure strong testing, observability, performance, and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development
- 5+ years of experience with Python backend development
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React
- Experience with cloud platforms; AWS preferred
- Solid experience with SQL databases; PostgreSQL is an advantage
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development best practices
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management
- Ability to mentor engineers and lead a team toward high-quality delivery
- B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
