About the Role
You will lead the engineering team developing secure tested and performant features for a multi-component platform. You will translate complex problems into actionable work, shape product and technology roadmaps, guide architectural and technical decisions, improve quality security and performance, and coach engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering production-quality products
- Strong leadership skills in vision setting autonomy mentoring and collaboration
- Experience guiding development and deployment of complex systems
- Strong coding skills and a pragmatic hands-on approach
- Experience diagnosing and preventing performance issues
- Knowledge of clean architecture CI/CD testing and coding standards
- Background in cloud-native environments AWS serverless microservices and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency in design patterns C4 Model and ADRs
- Experience building CLIs SDKs and developer portals
- Extensive experience with JavaScript TypeScript Node.js and React
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Test-Driven Development
- Knowledge of privacy by design security and high-performance systems
