About the Role
You will lead the Application Security practice and oversee technical delivery, engagement quality, profitability, staffing, and career development. You will review audit findings, guide complex technical approaches, maintain senior client relationships, shape investments in tooling and methodology, and promote AI-assisted auditing, reporting, and research. You will also contribute hands-on through code audits, vulnerability research, secure design reviews, static analysis, manual code review, fuzzing, and protocol-level research.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security
- Significant experience performing source code audits
- Recent hands-on security work within the last 12 months
- Experience leading 8+ engineers through client engagements
- Direct financial accountability
- Proficiency in at least four of Rust Go Python C C++ Solidity JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience managing project profitability utilization and staffing in a consulting environment
- Experience developing team members’ careers and external visibility
- Proficiency with AI coding and analysis tools
- Active security community contributions through research tools advisories or publications
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery and maintain engagement quality and profitability

- Develop engineers through research publications conference talks and open-source contributions
- Set direction for tooling methodology and capability development
