About the Role
You will open a new market for voice AI solutions and build the team needed to serve strategic customers. You will identify customer needs, design bespoke integrations, lead end-to-end project delivery, develop demos, and guide customers on implementation best practices. You will also share field insights with product and research stakeholders and present results to technical and executive audiences.
Requirements
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams
- Basic Python proficiency
- Understanding of API integration
- Communication skills

- Technical understanding of voice and audio AI models
- Strategic and commercial awareness
- Understanding of deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact
- Experience developing partner ecosystems
Responsibilities
- Meet strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs
- Build and lead a regional team of forward deployed engineers
- Identify customer use cases and work with engineers to implement AI solutions
- Design and architect bespoke customer integrations
- Guide customers on AI model implementation best practices
- Present results and future proposals to technical and executive audiences
- Incorporate field insights into software products and AI models
- Build and deliver product demos
- Expand AI solutions into new industries
- Own end-to-end delivery for strategic partner projects
