About the Role
You will identify high-impact customer workflows to automate and integrate solutions with customer databases, APIs, and internal tools. You will rapidly iterate using field feedback, build and maintain scalable production services, and help shape product priorities through customer insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional AI and software engineering experience or equivalent technical acumen
- Experience with AI and ML systems, including LLM or agentic workflow integrations
- Fluency in Python
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- Familiarity with FastAPI, Next.js, and React
- Experience building and deploying APIs, services, infrastructure, or data pipelines
- Ability to integrate third-party APIs, databases, and external systems securely and reliably
- Customer-facing experience
- Strong problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements
Responsibilities
- Identify impactful multi-step customer tasks to automate
- Integrate with customer databases, third-party APIs, and internal tools
- Iterate with field feedback to improve product fit and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable production-grade services
