About the Role
You will deploy AI workflows for healthcare customers, including claims processing, prior authorization, clinical documentation, patient operations, and knowledge retrieval. You will support EHR and API integrations, account for PHI and HIPAA requirements, improve platform code, and lead proposals and product demonstrations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science, software development, solutions engineering, or generative AI
- Experience with strategic enterprise accounts, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with payer/provider operations, EHR integrations, claims workflows, or revenue cycle
- Familiarity with PHI and sensitive healthcare data in production environments
- Expertise in AI/ML, RAG pipelines, LLM workflows, and enterprise data analytics
- Ability to travel 10–20% of the time
Responsibilities
- Optimize and support solutions for strategic healthcare accounts
- Understand healthcare customer workflows, systems, and implementation requirements
- Design and deploy AI workflows for healthcare use cases
- Support integrations with EHRs, healthcare data systems, APIs, and enterprise tools
- Build solutions that address PHI, HIPAA, access-control, and auditability requirements
- Map requirements and relationships within customer organizations
- Provide go-to-market feedback for healthcare accounts
- Improve the Python backend and React/Next.js TypeScript frontend using customer feedback
- Write proposals, pitch stakeholders, and lead product demos
- Evangelize StackAI at enterprise events and customer meetings
