About the Role

You will open a new market in Mexico, hire and lead a regional team of forward-deployed engineers, and win strategic customers. You will uncover customer needs, design bespoke integrations, guide AI implementation, deliver demos and presentations, and own end-to-end delivery of major customer projects.

Requirements

• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
• Ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams
• Basic proficiency in Python
• Understanding of API integration
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Technical aptitude for voice and audio AI models and applications
• Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives
• Understanding of deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact
• Experience developing partner ecosystems with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners

Responsibilities

• Meet strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points
• Build and lead a regional team of forward-deployed engineers
• Identify customer use cases and work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions
• Design and architect bespoke customer integrations
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models
• Present results and future-work proposals to technical and executive audiences
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into products and AI models
• Build and deliver voice and audio AI demos to new and existing customers
• Identify applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors
• Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
• Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation
