About the Role
You will lead customer engagements from discovery and investigation through solution design, deployment, adoption, and ongoing value delivery. You will conduct blockchain investigations, build and maintain notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models, train customer teams, deliver demonstrations, support technical presales, and translate customer feedback into product and service improvements.
Requirements
- Experience conducting or directly supporting cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence, or financial crime analysis
- Deep knowledge of blockchain ecosystems including Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, and DeFi
- Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions in complex environments
- Experience working directly with customers in law enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, financial crime, or security
- Experience deriving insights from large or complex datasets and communicating findings to varied audiences
- Professional experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development
- Experience building analytical notebooks, dashboards, and workflows
- Knowledge of data modeling, data querying, and large datasets
- Expertise in at least one relevant domain, such as financial crime, sanctions, fraud, national security, DeFi security, tax, or risk management
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer projects from discovery through ongoing value delivery
- Conduct blockchain investigations using transaction tracing, open-source research, and analytical methods
- Design, build, and maintain customer workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models
- Train customer teams to operate solutions independently
- Serve as a technical and domain advisor to customers
- Deliver live training, demonstrations, investigation walkthroughs, and technical briefings
- Support technical presales for complex strategic engagements
- Collect customer feedback and contribute improvement recommendations
