About the Role
You will work with strategic customers to identify AI transformation opportunities, design and deploy AI-agent solutions, and deliver production-ready outcomes. You will own complex engagements from use-case discovery and commercial structuring through delivery, collaborate with engineers and research teams, and present demos and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct and comfort with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles
- Basic proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Track record of delivering complex, ambiguous projects
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points
- Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial structuring and close
- Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
- Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors
- Present results and future-work proposals to technical and executive audiences
- Share field insights with Research teams to shape the roadmap
- Build and deliver demos to prospective and existing customers
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to bring agents to production
