About the Role
You will own demand forecasting, supply planning, and finished-goods inventory management. You will create and adjust demand-supply plans, monitor builds and inventory, translate forecasts into build plans, lead scenario planning, mitigate supply risks, and improve planning processes and tools.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in production or NPI environments
- Experience with APS, MRP/ERP systems, or scenario-planning tools
- Background in hardware, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing
- Experience with data visualization, SQL, or Python
Responsibilities
- Own demand-supply forecasting and finished-goods inventory
- Build and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand and supply plans
- Evaluate supply risks and implement contingency plans
- Monitor planned versus actual builds, inventory levels, and consumption rates
- Translate forecasts into executable build plans with Manufacturing OPM and Global Supply Management
- Lead scenario planning and risk mitigation under capacity or component constraints
- Improve demand-planning processes, tools, and models
