About the Role

You will lead delivery for enterprise client solutions, managing project workstreams end-to-end. You will plan and track tasks, timelines, milestones and dependencies; coordinate across Engineering, Product, Integration, vendors and clients; drive testing, go-live and operational readiness; and ensure delivery meets governance, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in delivery management project management program coordination or solution implementation within banking financial services fintech or technology infrastructure environments
  • Proven experience managing technical delivery projects and multi-system solutions in complex regulated environments
  • Experience with project tracking risk management delivery coordination and multiple delivery streams
  • Experience working with or supporting regulated financial services clients such as banking custody payments or capital markets
  • Familiarity with cloud DevOps and CI/CD-driven execution
  • Familiarity with agile hybrid and waterfall delivery models
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with ability to manage multiple delivery streams and priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical business and client stakeholders
  • Self-starter with ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies and provide high-touch customer engagement
  • Languages: Swiss German German and English required; French highly preferred for Geneva market; Italian a plus
  • Location: Switzerland with focus on Zurich Geneva and Lugano

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day delivery activities for assigned client solutions and manage project workstreams
  • Plan and track project activities including tasks timelines milestones deliverables and dependencies
  • Provide delivery input on scope sequencing risks and feasibility to support solution definition and deal shaping
  • Execute delivery plans covering timelines milestones resources dependencies and risks
  • Coordinate delivery activities across Engineering Product Integration vendors and client teams
  • Track delivery progress risks and issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Maintain project documentation status reports and meeting artifacts
  • Facilitate planning sessions stand-ups and retrospectives
  • Monitor progress against delivery commitments and provide regular stakeholder updates
  • Support testing go-live operational readiness and early-life production stabilization
  • Ensure delivery complies with governance quality contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to delivery reporting documentation and client communications
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes project management frameworks and tooling
