About the Role

You will own schedules, delivery commitments, risks, economics, and executive reporting for modular data center and power-distribution building programs. You will lead project managers, manage customer escalations, coordinate production capacity, govern changes, and improve program-management standards.

Requirements

8+ years of project-management experience in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, or manufacturing
3+ years of direct leadership experience
Experience delivering multidisciplinary products
Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and structural drawings
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience owning multi-project portfolios and margin performance
Change-management experience
Waterfall scheduling proficiency
Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, or Primavera P6
Cost forecasting and budget-management ability
Google Suite and Microsoft Office proficiency
Participation in a drug and alcohol program

Responsibilities

Own consolidated modular program schedules and production capacity alignment
Lead, coach, and develop project managers
Manage senior customer escalations and change negotiations
Partner on line loading, labor forecasting, and bottleneck resolution
Govern engineering changes, risk mitigation, and customer approvals
Set program cost and margin targets and manage delivery performance
Standardize schedules, work breakdown structures, budgets, and close-out packages
Validate schedule logic, float, critical paths, and baseline changes
Own executive dashboards and portfolio reporting
