About the Role
Xsolla is seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate phased product delivery across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing, then operate the post-launch coordination model connecting products with supporting departments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of program, project, or delivery management experience in a technology or platform organization.
- Experience managing cross-team dependencies and stakeholder communication in multi-team or multi-product environments.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and escalate issues proactively.
- Experience establishing and improving operational processes.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery plan and rollout timeline across products and landing experiences.
- Maintain dependency maps and escalate risks and blockers.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness.
- Track delivery progress in Jira.
- Run recurring program meetings and follow up on action items.
- Publish status updates covering progress, launches, and blockers.
- Serve as the primary coordination contact across teams.
- Maintain Confluence documentation, decision logs, and launch playbooks.
- Design and operate intake, SLA, and escalation frameworks.
- Manage request intake, routing, and progress tracking.
- Run department syncs and resolve or escalate blockers.
- Build scalable operational playbooks.
- Capture feedback and provide input for product prioritization.
- Track delivery and operational metrics and identify friction.
