About the Role
You will own end-to-end protocol growth on Monad by building tailored growth plans, managing liquidity incentives, connecting tokenized asset issuers with DeFi infrastructure, designing RWA strategies, and deploying institutional capital into RWA-backed products.
Requirements
- Meaningful experience in DeFi collaborations or ecosystem growth with a track record of growing TVL and user activity
- Experience with RWA protocols or tokenization platforms, including collateral structures and redemption mechanics
- Deep understanding of lending markets, AMMs, yield vaults, and liquidity incentives
- Experience with institutional counterparts such as asset managers or family offices
- High autonomy and accountability to metrics
Responsibilities
- Own protocol growth end-to-end and build tailored growth plans
- Design and manage liquidity incentive and co-incentive campaigns
- Track TVL and volume against targets
- Source and manage relationships with tokenized asset issuers
- Connect issuers with lending protocols, yield vaults, and stablecoin infrastructure
- Design looping strategies and collateral structures for RWAs
- Identify cross-protocol opportunities
- Work with institutional LPs and asset managers to deploy capital into DeFi products
