About the Role

You will own end-to-end protocol growth on Monad by building tailored growth plans, managing liquidity incentives, connecting tokenized asset issuers with DeFi infrastructure, designing RWA strategies, and deploying institutional capital into RWA-backed products.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience in DeFi collaborations or ecosystem growth with a track record of growing TVL and user activity
• Experience with RWA protocols or tokenization platforms, including collateral structures and redemption mechanics
• Deep understanding of lending markets, AMMs, yield vaults, and liquidity incentives
• Experience with institutional counterparts such as asset managers or family offices
• High autonomy and accountability to metrics

Responsibilities

• Own protocol growth end-to-end and build tailored growth plans
• Design and manage liquidity incentive and co-incentive campaigns
• Track TVL and volume against targets
• Source and manage relationships with tokenized asset issuers
• Connect issuers with lending protocols, yield vaults, and stablecoin infrastructure
• Design looping strategies and collateral structures for RWAs
• Identify cross-protocol opportunities
• Work with institutional LPs and asset managers to deploy capital into DeFi products
