About the Role
You will lead engineering for software that supports infrastructure delivery from signed land through live compute. You will set technical direction, sequence work with the Product Manager, write and ship code weekly, hire and grow the team, and establish architecture and data-model practices. You will work alongside deployment engineers, project controls leads, contractors, and commissioning agents to ensure systems work in live site conditions.
Requirements
- Production experience with Go, Python, or TypeScript
- Experience leading a team of ten or more engineers through high-stakes delivery
- Experience with LLM APIs, MCP servers, agentic frameworks, Claude Code, and Cursor
- Experience building software for physical-world operators
- Architecture and data-model design experience
- Experience aligning product managers, engineers, and field teams on shared metrics
Responsibilities
- Lead the infrastructure delivery engineering team
- Set technical direction and sequence work with the Product Manager
- Write and ship production code weekly
- Hire and grow the engineering team
- Own architecture boundaries, data models, and review practices
- Ensure systems support schedules, site progress, change orders, design ingestion, and commissioning
- Work alongside field operators and ensure software functions at live sites
