About the Role
You will lead and grow a business-operations engineering team while continuing to write and ship code. You will set technical direction, sequence delivery with the Product Manager, make architectural decisions, recruit engineers, and ensure forward-deployed systems support finance, legal, people, treasury, and accounting workflows.

- Lead the business-operations decision engineering team
