About the Role
Lead facilities and workplace operations across data center offices and supporting properties, including office projects, fleet programs, vendors, contracts, property support, real-estate planning, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive facilities, workplace, property management, or operations experience.
- Experience managing multi-site facilities portfolios across multiple geographic locations.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and facilities budgets.
- Project management, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead facilities operations for data center offices.
- Manage office space planning, workplace standards, and employee experience initiatives.
- Oversee office buildouts, renovations, moves, and workplace improvement projects.
- Manage fleet and vehicle programs.
- Manage uniform, workplace readiness, and culinary programs.
- Oversee non-critical property and site support operations.
- Manage facilities vendors and service contracts.
- Support real-estate strategy, site selection, lease administration, and occupancy planning.
- Ensure workplace, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
- Establish facilities policies and operating procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
