About the Role

Lead physical data center expansion and operational-readiness projects, oversee site preparation and structured-cabling installations, coordinate vendors and cross-functional stakeholders, build detailed project schedules, mitigate deployment risks, communicate project status, and improve deployment processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical project or program management experience focused on infrastructure deployments, data center operations, hardware rollouts, or large-scale technical infrastructure projects
  • Understanding of data center site readiness, networking, server deployments, and cloud readiness
  • Experience with hardware deployments, rack and stack operations, or physical-layer infrastructure rollouts
  • Complex technical project management experience from inception to completion
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Gantt charts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to data center sites
  • PMP or CDCDP certification is a bonus
  • Experience managing large-scale data center build-outs is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee data center site readiness
  • Lead end-to-end physical-layer and cable-infrastructure deployments
  • Manage structured cabling installation and vendor execution
  • Align project goals, dependencies, and deliverables across stakeholders
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules
  • Identify project risks and establish mitigation strategies
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones
  • Standardize and optimize deployment processes
